Under One Ruth

We’re bringing everybody Under One Ruth (instead of ROOF, see what I did there? lol). We’ll be gathering in the Fellowship Hall at Macedonia Baptist Church (same as last year) for food, laughter, games, and all the memories we can fit under one roof — or should I say Ruth.

Here’s what you need to know:

🕓 Arrival

Please plan to arrive on time — we’ll start around 3:00pm. Please be on time. If you'd like to come earlier you're more than welcome to help set up. I like company while I'm cooking.

🍴 What to Bring

If you'd like to bring a dish please let me know, so i know now what NOT to make! #UnderPound #Beans #Rice etc. (...you know who you are.) If you or anyone you’re bringing has food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform me so we can make sure everything’s clearly labeled and safe.

💵 Donations

We’re cooking a lot of the main dishes on-site aso if you’d like to chip in toward groceries and supplies, you can send your donation to:

• Add Thanksgiving in the note. Every little bit helps so everything isn't on one person. We also need to leave a monetary gift for the building super who will be giving us access to the church and locking up after we leave.

🎲 Fun & Games

This isn’t just a “eat, talk, and go home” type of gathering. We’ve got games, conversation starters, music, and a ofcourse PICTURES!!! As usual I will have a fun interactive table set up for the littles.

🧹 Clean Up Crew

We’ll all pitch in for a quick clean-up at the end so the Fellowship Hall looks better than we found it.

🎶 The Vibe

Think family reunion meets game night — kids running around, grown folks talking too loud, and music that makes you dance while you fix your second plate. Come comfortable, come ready to laugh, and come ready to help us make new memories. Come cute yet warm and comfortable.
